Robin Frohlich joined Mosteller & Associates in 2000 with over 16 years of human resources experience in the financial services industry. She was formerly Human Resources Officer for a premier national financial institution.

Robin has well-rounded human resources experience. She spends a significant portion of her time in the compensation, benefits and employment departments as well as facilitating regional HR initiatives for various organizations. As an HR technical consultant with human resources information systems (HRIS), Robin serves as a liaison to outsourced payroll-processing companies for client-reporting needs, special projects and security-access issues. She works with internal customers to define the most efficient and cost-effective data sources required by their specifications. With this data, she designs and produces custom, ad hoc reports using MS Access HR databases.

Robin developed an in-depth understanding of HR theory and practice from her compensation experience, where she completes and assists with exempt and non-exempt salary surveys, compensation-related job-code information, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) classifications and salary-range tables.

More recently, Robin has gained extensive, practical experience developing and maintaining compliant Affirmative Action Plans (AAP), keeping current with changes in AAP regulations and performing the required statistical and compensation analysis. Her compensation and HRIS experience lends itself to the data-gathering and analysis process.

Robin has worked with and successfully coached several clients who have undergone audits by the Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). She also regularly attends AAP compliance updates and briefings conducted by the National Employment Law Institute (NELI).

Robin attended Penn State University as a BA candidate in Speech Pathology and Audiology. She continues her education through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), NELI and other training organizations.
