Marilyn Abramowicz joined Mosteller & Associates in 2004 with over 15 years of experience across multiple human resources functions. These functions include compensation, employee relations, employment law, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance and training.

Prior to joining Mosteller & Associates, Marilyn worked with various organizations as an independent consultant. The industries she consulted for spanned everything from manufacturing and biopharmaceuticals to government. She also held positions as a Senior Compensation Analyst, Human Resources Manager and Director of Human Resources Compliance for a premier national financial institution.

Marilyn has developed and administered compliance policies and programs that include EEO policies and Affirmative Action Plans for multiple locations to ensure compliance with federal and state laws; developed and administered salary administration programs; converted employee paper files into electronic files; created and implemented electronic forms for job descriptions, performance appraisals, progressive discipline and termination of employment; and managed third-party vendor relationships.

Marilyn has coached and consulted with executive management on business issues and HR best practices. She’s also coached, counseled and trained managers and employees in the different areas of HR, including new-hire orientation, performance reviews, compliance, employee relations, exit interviews and work-life initiatives.

Marilyn currently provides outsourced services that cover all facets of day-to-day HR operations, from recruiting and employee relations to policies, practices and beyond. She also provides compensation and analytical services to several clients as needed.

Marilyn graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Anthropology, and continues her education through SHRM and other training organizations.

Marilyn’s community involvement includes conducting youth running classes at her local YMCA, and volunteering to help with local races for charitable causes.
