Deanna Giffin joined Mosteller & Associates in 2015. Prior to joining our team, she worked in financial services as a Senior Financial Services Representative.
Deanna has hands-on experience and knowledge in the human resources functions of payroll, human resources information system (HRIS) setup and implementation, all aspects of benefits administration, onboarding, file audits, processes and procedures, compliance and recruiting. She works with clients in the distribution, higher education, residential construction, transportation, manufacturing and financial services industries. Deanna has strong research, data administration, organizational and administrative skills.
In addition to on-site outsourcing services, she provides a full range of HR consulting services to current clients, including employee-handbook development and policy design.
Deanna is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Labor Studies and Employment Relations, which included a heavy focus in psychology. She’s a Society for Human Resources Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and continues to further her education through various seminars on regulatory laws and HR compliance as well as pursue a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.
