Christine Brown joined Mosteller & Associates in 2017. She brings over 25 years of leadership and HR experience spanning diverse industries.
Christine’s past experience includes 20 years in financial services with a premier regional bank. Her responsibilities there included leadership roles in the areas of retail lending, talent acquisition and performance coaching. Later, she joined a national communications organization where she served as a Regional Manager and gained further leadership and professional-development experience. Additionally, Christine served six years as an Adjunct Professor at Reading Area Community College. She specialized in the onboarding of freshmen by teaching them how to successfully navigate the people, places and processes of the college environment.
With Mosteller & Associates, Christine has served as a full-cycle recruiter for multiple organizations; participated in ongoing HR audit preparations and policy reviews; and supported clients in the areas of new employee onboarding, employee relations, performance management and coaching, and benchmarking current policies via market surveys. In addition, she’s developed and delivered leadership training and has utilized exit interview data to assist organizations in retaining talent. Her specialties include talent acquisition, performance coaching, training and employee relations.
Christine holds a Master of Science degree from Villanova University in Human Relations/Counseling. Her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management is from Shippensburg University. She’s also a member of the Berks County PA Chapter – Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Christine’s volunteer work centers around her passions for literacy, fitness and the arts.
