Cheryl Greth is an experienced human resources professional with over 35 years in the field. Prior to joining Mosteller & Associates in 1999, Cheryl was Manager of the Human Resource Services Center for a premier national financial institution. She was responsible for providing all aspects of HR services and information to employees and managers.
Cheryl has particular expertise in payroll, employee benefits and employee information and processing administration. She’s managed a wide spectrum of employees and employee issues across a variety of industries. Cheryl has strong research and data-administration skills.
Her current client list includes organizations in the construction, manufacturing and health services fields. Much of her consulting time is spent on-site with clients on an outsourced basis solving myriad HR challenges. She’s recently played an active role in the implementation and conversion to a new payroll/human resources information system (HRIS) for multiple organizations ranging from 800 to 3,000 employees. Cheryl has also recently managed the HR functions of a 150+ employee organization, including payroll, onboarding and benefits, and has in-depth experience working with multiple payroll/HRIS systems.
