Mary Jo has been with Mosteller & Associates since March, 2000. She is an experience human resources professional with over 25 years in the field. Mary Jo has held multiple level management positions in both the financial and health care industries. Prior to joining Mosteller & Associates, Mary Jo was the VP of Human Resources at a premier regional financial institution. She was responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function including orientations, benefits, employee relations, compliance with EEO/AA, recruiting, overseeing the payroll function, and 401(k) plan administration. She worked with actuaries in plan design and plan terminations. She created job descriptions, employee handbooks, affirmative action plans and salary administration programs.

At Mosteller & Associates, in addition to human resource generalists responsibilities, Mary Jo has focused on total compensation, including salary administration and FLSA compliance, as well as performed Human Resources audits.

Mary Jo graduated from Muhlenberg College with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
