Jeff joined Mosteller & Associates in 2008, and brings over 25 years of human resources expertise to the firm. Jeff's prior experience was with three of the largest healthcare systems in the central and eastern Pennsylvania region. He has directed the areas of compensation, benefits, payroll and human resource information systems throughout his career. He has successfully designed and implemented program changes that have resulted in cultural shifts and improved operational efficiencies for these organizations.

Jeff has extensive compensation experience in job assessment, market & pay analysis, and designing and implementing organization-wide pay changes and performance management systems. Health and welfare experience includes benefit plan design, consolidation, cost analysis and provider negotiations. Pension experience consists of plan administration and operations, education, plan design and DB/DC conversions. Jeff has also led conversions of a variety of human resource information & payroll systems from mainframe to client server to web-based environments.

Jeff graduated with a BA in Sociology from Penn State, and earned his MBA more recently from Penn State-Great Valley. He maintains his designation of CEBS from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans and the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.

Jeff is past president of the Appalachian Health Care Human Resource Society (AHCHRS), past president of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter-International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (ISCEBS) and past president of the Pennsylvania Dutch Council-Boy Scouts of America. He taught as adjunct faculty at Millersville University and Lebanon Valley College in compensation, benefits and human resource administration. He is currently on the faculty of Moravian College where he teaches compensation & benefits administration in its Master degree program.
