Denise Lee joined Mosteller & Associates in April 2016 with over 25 years of experience in business management, human resources, design, and delivery of management developmental programs, and in sales and relationship building. Prior to joining Mosteller & Associates, Denise was the Director of Human Resources for Sneaker Villa, Inc., a rapidly growing urban retailer, for over 11 years. In this role, Denise guided the strategic direction and executed human resources initiatives in the areas of organizational effectiveness, employee relations, employment practices, regulatory compliance, compensation and benefits, recruitment, selection and placement, performance management, succession planning, and policy development. Denise introduced “VILLA University” where she developed and delivered over 25 management and leadership modules designed for executives, managers, and employees.

In 2001, Denise formed CompetencyWORKS, LLC, a management development and consulting firm where she assisted organizations in creating environments that fostered inclusion utilizing education and training strategies. She designed and delivered customized learning process in business management, organizational development, change management, cultural diversity, and supplier diversity.

Denise served as President of the Board for organizations such as the Berks County Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management, Berks TALKLINE, Leadership Berks, and Mentors for Berks Youths. Denise produced and hosted a monthly community television program for over 11 years entitled, “Diversity: A Wider Vision.”

Denise graduated from Eastern University with a BA in Management and Organizational Development. She is a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and an active member of the SHRM Berks County PA Chapter.

Denise’s focus will be on creating and facilitating supervisory/managerial/ leadership development training programs both on a custom basis as well as for universal programs. Denise will also manage other human resources assignments for the firm.
