Christine Brown

Christine joined Mosteller & Associates in October of 2017. She brings over 25 years of leadership and HR experience spanning a diversity of industries. Her experience includes 20 years in financial services with a premier regional bank. Responsibilities included leadership roles in the areas of retail lending, talent acquisition and performance coaching. Later, she joined a national communications organization and served as a Regional Manager gaining experience in leadership and professional development. Additionally, Christine served six years as an Adjunct Professor at Reading Area Community College. She specialized in the onboarding of freshmen by teaching them how to successfully navigate the people, places and processes of the college environment.

With Mosteller & Associates, Christine has served as a full-cycle recruiter for multiple organizations; participated in on-going HR audit preparations and policy reviews; and supported clients in the areas of new employee onboarding, employee relations, performance management and coaching, and benchmarking current policies via market surveys. In addition, she has developed and delivered leadership training and has utilized exit interview data to assist organizations in retaining talent. Specialties include talent acquisition, performance coaching, training and employee relations.

Christine holds a Master of Science degree from Villanova University in Human Relations/Counseling. Her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management is from Shippensburg University. She is also a member of the Berks County PA Chapter - Society for Human Resource Management. Christine’s volunteer work centers around her passions for literacy, fitness, and the arts.
