Alicia joined Mosteller & Associates in October 2017.  She is an experienced Human Resource Professional with over 10 years in the field.  Alicia’s most recent position prior to joining Mosteller & Associates was as a Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Organizational Development Specialist for an educational software solutions company in the Philadelphia suburbs. She has a strong background working with growing technology companies.

Alicia has a solid HR Generalist and operational background and experience in compensation analysis, training programs, recruiting and selection of candidates for positions ranging from entry level to C-suite, onboarding, company acquisitions, HR system selection and implementation, employee benefits and personnel matters.  Alicia currently conducts compensation analysis projects and miscellaneous HR on-site Generalist roles for a multitude of clients. 

Alicia has a BS in Business Management and Marketing from Penn State University.  She is a member of the National SHRM Society and has achieved the SHRM Certified Professional designation (SHRM-CP) after completing studies through Penn State’s acclaimed Smeal College of Business. Alicia has completed coursework in Compensation Analysis & Management through WorldatWork and is a Certified Performance-based Hiring Certified Recruiter and Certified Talent Acquisition Strategist through Human Capital Institute (HCI).
