Kathi Williams-Wennell

Kathi Williams-Wennell joined Mosteller & Associates in August 1996 with over 20 years of Human Resource experience, specializing in Employment, Training and Compensation mainly in financial services, manufacturing, small to mid size professional services, and the non-profit sector industries. Prior to joining Mosteller & Associates, Kathi was a Human Resource Officer for a premier, nationwide financial institution, and also held various responsibilities with a local non-profit organization.

Kathi's employment expertise includes creative sourcing of applicants and all levels of recruiting and selecting. Additional areas of experience include policy development and implementation, and employee relations.

Kathi's compensation experience includes job evaluation, conducting salary surveys, salary administration program development and implementation, and research/analysis/implementation of compensation policies/practices.

Kathi designs and implements various training programs with a concentration in organizational design, group facilitation, supervisory and management training programs. She has also developed and conducted various other Human Resources related training programs and taught at several local colleges.

Kathi graduated from Immaculata College with a BA in Psychology, and M.Ed. in Rehabilitation Counseling from Pennsylvania State University. She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is in the process of obtaining her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.
