Lori L. Gliva, SPHR
Lori L. Gliva joined Mosteller & Associates in 1998 with over 17 years of diversified Human Resources experience. Prior to joining Mosteller & Associates, Lori was Vice President and Human Resources Business Partner to the Asset Management function of a premier financial institution. Her responsibilities in this capacity included the alignment of people strategies with Human Resources products and services and coaching and consulting with executive management on business issues and Human Resources strategies. She also provided leadership on the seamless delivery of all aspects of employee relations coaching and consulting, recruitment, change management, organizational development, and compensation for an employee population of 850 in 17 locations.
Lori's Human Resources expertise also includes development and facilitation of the introduction of a flexible benefits package, design and implementation of an in-house outplacement facility, and the facilitation of all stages of the 360 degree evaluation process, teambuilding programs and employee surveys.
Currently Lori provides Human Resources Management outsourcing services to multiple clients, conducts staffing/compensation projects, and provides customized training programs to all levels of employees and organizations.
Lori graduated from Alvernia College with a degree in Personnel Management. She also completed the coursework at University of Colorado Graduate School of Human Resources Management, Central Atlantic Advanced School of Banking, is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessment tool. Lori is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
