Marilyn has developed and administered compliance policies and programs, including EEO policies and Affirmative Action Plans for multiple locations to ensure compliance with federal and state laws; developed and administered salary administration programs; and managed third-party vendor relationships. She has coached and counseled managers and employees in the different areas of human resources including compliance and employee relations; and developed work-life initiatives.
Marilyn graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Anthropology, and continues her education through the Society for Human Resource Management and other training organizations.
