Elizabeth Fernandez

Elizabeth Fernandez joined Mosteller & Associates in January 2009 with over six years of experience in various aspects of Human Resources.  Prior to joining Mosteller & Associates, Elizabeth was a Human Resources Manager for a leading global hospitality company in New Jersey.

Elizabeth has HR Generalist experience, with particular knowledge in training, benefits, recruiting, and worker's compensation, and a strong focus on customer service.  She has received employer awards and recognition for her work in the HR field.

Elizabeth is a graduate from Fairleigh Dickinson University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Concentration on Management Information Systems (MIS). Elizabeth furthered her education by attending the University of Phoenix where she graduated with a Masters in Human Resource Management.

Elizabeth is continuing to further her education through the New York Institute of Technology (online) to prepare for her Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certification, and also attends various seminars on human resource compliance with the local and national Society for Human Resource Management and other organizations.
