Thomas G. Strohm

Thomas G. Strohm joined Mosteller & Associates as the Director of Financial Services Recruiting in November 2006 with over 30 years of Executive Management experience. His background includes Chief Operating Officer of a $2 billion community bank, Assistant to the Chairman of a $17 billion regional banking company, manager of a merger integration team, and head of consumer products.

Tom's broad experience includes management of strategic planning, public affairs, legal, operations, information technology, consumer products, and the human resources functions. He has also led many projects and systems integrations, including the management of the Project Office for the integration of Meridian Bancorp into CoreStates Financial Corp.

Tom's human resources experience has included recruiting, organizational and employee assessments, succession planning, training, compensation and benefit reviews, and 401(k) plan design.

Tom graduated from the Pennsylvania State University and the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at the University of Virginia. He has served in leadership positions for many community non-profit organizations and has held positions with the Pennsylvania Bankers Association, and the American Bankers Association where he chaired the nationwide Communications Council.

Tom's focus with Mosteller & Associates is on new business development, executive recruiting, and organizational development.
