Ronald T. Bolam

Ron Bolam joined Mosteller & Associates in June, 2006 and has 25 years of experience providing executive search, human resources, and consulting services to a broad range of organizations and industries. At Mosteller & Associates, Ron handles executive search and has successfully placed senior level executives throughout the mid-Atlantic region. Additionally, his functional search expertise extends into Finance, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, Technology, and general management roles. Prior to joining Mosteller & Associates, Ron was the Manager of Corporate Recruiting at a Fortune 27 pharmaceutical services company. His responsibilities in this capacity included strategic talent acquisition at all levels with an emphasis on technical, sales, and executive positions. Prior to this position, Ron spent 9 years with The Vanguard Group, one of the largest mutual fund companies in the world, in progressively responsible roles including Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Employee Relations Specialist.

Mr. Bolam's human resource experience includes extensive expertise in talent acquisition, employment, employee relations, and staffing functions, as well as a generalist background in compensation, benefits, and training. He has recruited for positions at all levels of financial and service organizations and is particularly adept at matching candidates to position requirements and organizational cultures.

Ron is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Business Economics and a concentration in Finance. He has also continued his professional development by attending The Disney Approach to Leadership Excellence for HR Professionals, along with various other university training programs in organizational development, change management, diversity management, benefits, compensation, and career planning.
