Ms. Frohlich has well-rounded Human Resources experience, with a significant portion of her time in the compensation, benefits, and employment departments, as well as facilitating regional HR initiatives for various organizations. As a Human Resources Technical Consultant with HR Information Systems, Robin serves as a liaison to outsourced payroll processing companies for client reporting needs, special projects and security access issues. She works with internal customers to define the most efficient and cost effective data sources as their specifications require. She designs and produces ad hoc reports from the MS Access HR Information database, producing customized reports, databases, diskettes, and spreadsheets.
Robin’s compensation experience has led to her in-depth understanding of theory and practice as she completes and assists with exempt and non-exempt salary surveys, compensation related job code information, EEO classifications, and salary range tables.
More recently, Robin has gained extensive, practical experience developing and maintaining Affirmative Action Compliance Plans (AAP), keeping current with changes in AAP regulations and performing the relevant statistical and compensation analysis required to produce a compliant AAP. Her compensation and HRIS experience lends itself to the data gathering and analysis process.
Robin has worked with and successfully coached several clients who have undergone audits by the OFCCP of the Department of Labor and regularly attends Affirmative Action compliance updates and briefings conducted by the National Employment Law Institute.
Robin attended Penn State University as a BA candidate in Speech Pathology and Audiology, and continues her education through the Society for Human Resource Management and other training organizations.
