Chester Q. Mosteller
Mr. Mosteller's experience in human resources is extensive. His career in this field includes in-depth work in each of the major human resource functions of compensation, benefits, training and staffing.
Mr. Mosteller's compensation experience includes design and development of salary administration programs, identifying position competitiveness in a marketplace/industry utilizing salary surveys and other sources, developing and administering incentive, bonus, commission and other salary deferral programs, and designing and delivering complete executive compensation program packages.
Mr. Mosteller's benefit work includes designing and implementing 401(k) plans, as well as complete design and installation of flexible benefit and managed health care programs.
Included in Mr. Mosteller's training experience is development and delivery of specialized training programs for all levels of employees in an organization, and also provides a premier middle and upper management level professional leadership program.
Mr. Mosteller's staffing expertise includes all levels of recruiting with emphasis on technical and executive positions with an emphasis on attracting individuals that match an organization's culture.
Mr. Mosteller graduated from Lebanon Valley College with a BA in Mathematics and is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has taught extensively as an adjunct faculty member and at numerous banking schools including the American Banker's Association's nationwide Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He also serves on several Boards and Committees of community organizations.
