Our client is a multimedia company located in Reading, PA. They are seeking a new individual to lead the company’s Human Resource function.

Position Scope

The Executive Director of Human Resources will serve as a business partner, and consult with and influence senior management within the organization on business needs, while providing expertise in talent acquisition, employee development, change management, coaching, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee/labor relations.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates will have 10-15 years of human resources management experience; an in-depth knowledge and expertise in multiple HR disciplines; experience leading teams, influencing senior executives, and collaborating across all lines of business; and proven ability to understand business strategy with the ability to translate it into solutions that support the company’s business goals. Individual must be willing to travel.
