Theresa joined Mosteller & Associates November, 2016 with 25 years of HR/Payroll/Benefits experience.  Prior to joining Mosteller & Associates, Theresa gained experience in retail, manufacturing, property management, banking and privately owned/operated Senior Living Personal Care Facilities.

 Theresa’s areas of expertise include Payroll, Benefits, HRIS & Worker’s Compensation Management, as well as other HR generalist responsibilities. Theresa has handled the HR operations for multiple acquisitions and has also managed several major benefit conversions.

 Throughout Theresa’s career she has played an active role in many payroll/HRIS system implementations, facilitating automation with self-serve features that allow employees to make paperless payroll/benefits changes via the web 24/7.  Theresa has a strong understanding of dataflow as well as the ability to quickly identify the specific source of data causing the issue & re-testing prior to system roll-out to ensure integrity of the system.  Since Theresa understands data integrity is ongoing, she routinely runs reports & audits the data to continue to deliver the highest system integrity.  Theresa has a “can do” attitude with excellent communication skills and is comfortable presenting materials to all levels of employees while encouraging questions.

 In addition to her applied human resource knowledge, she also has strong organizational/administrative skills and continues to further her education thru various seminars on human resource compliance.
